We'll ship to you wherever you are in Australia.

Shipping Delay Update

Please be aware some of our logistics partners, including Australia Post, are experiencing delays. Express Post, although it will always take priority over standard shipping, is also experiencing delays. 

In the meantime, we will take every precaution necessary so that your parcels arrive at their destination as fast as possible.

Australian Orders

Pheed offers a flat rate standard shipping option to all Australian customers. We use a few different courier options depending on your location and always allocate the best option for getting your parcel to you safely and most importantly, quickly.

Our shipping options are:

Australian Flat Rate Shipping: $10.00

Express Shipping: $15.00

Free Standard Shipping within Australia on all orders over $120 AUD.

International Orders

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Pheed aims to get your orders packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days of you placing your order.

We don't ship on weekends or public holidays.

Please double-check your address when you're checking out, because Pheed will not be held responsible for shipping to the wrong place. If you notice a mistake and it's within a few hours of placing your order, please drop us an email and we'll do what we can to put it right.

Pheed is not responsible for any delays in your package once it is in the hands of the courier driver.

Pheed does not take responsibility for parcels that have been given the freedom to be left alone (examples include but are not limited to; hiding in your letterbox, catapulted over your back fence, hanging out on your front porch etc.).
