There are a two reasons you shouldn't take a synthetic vitamin:

1. You don't need it. The human body is designed to get all the vitamins and minerals it needs from food.

2. It's not natural. Your body is designed to interact with natural things, not synthetic chemicals, and GMOs.

We test every batch of our beef organs and oysters to ensure they meet our high standards, and we're happy to share the results with you. All testing is done by a NATA accredited third-party laboratory, so you can rest assured that our products are what we say they are.

Yes. All of our products are child-friendly and imagination enhancing.

It's not just about what you're removing, it's about what you're keeping. By removing the fat, you would be removing a large number of valuable nutrients. And we're not having any of that.

beef organs. They're packed with protein, iron, and vitamin A—and they're a great source of zinc and selenium, too. But we want you to be aware of the
risks of consuming large amounts of vitamin A, particularly during pregnancy.

Freeze-dried and desiccated are both terms that describe the process of drying food so that it can be preserved.

Freeze-dried foods are made by freezing a food item, and then removing any water from the frozen product.

Desiccation is the process of removing water from food products by exposing them to heat or dry air.

The difference between freeze-dried and desiccated is subtle but important: Freeze-dried foods are more nutritious than those that have been desiccated because they don't lose their nutrients through the heat-drying process.

While our products are sourced with respect for nature and its creatures, not all products are Halal certified. Our product description pages will let you know if a product is Halal certified.

Shipping

Got a change of plans? Shoot an email to info@pheed.com.au with your order details. We'll bend over backwards to redirect your order, but keep in mind, it's not always possible as we're super fast packers.

The moment your order starts its journey, it's in the hands of our trusty couriers and out of our hands. If you need to cancel, get in touch with us pronto. You can send the package back upon arrival for a refund, but the return shipping cost is on you unless the product's got a hiccup.

Oops, forgot something? Just flick an email to info@pheed.com.au with the extra item's details and your original order number. We can't promise it'll join your initial order, and there might be an extra shipping fee for a separate delivery. But we'll do our best to make it work.

Tracking your parcel is a breeze. Once your order leaves our hands, we'll send you a tracking number. This way, you can watch your package's voyage to your doorstep, eagerly anticipating its arrival.

Patience is a virtue, but we won't test yours too much. Shipping times typically range from a 3-14 business days, depending on where you're located and what shipping method you choose.

As for the cost, it's $10.00 for standard and $15.00 for express.

If our products don't make you feel like the warrior you are, we're not about to leave you hanging. First-timers can get a full product refund if Pheed doesn't hit the mark. Just make sure you’ve only sampled up to three servings and shoot us an email with the evidence within 7 days of delivery. Remember, this doesn’t apply to final sale items because they’re already a steal.

We get it. Life’s too short for regrets. If you’ve had a change of heart within 7 days of getting your goods, and they're still unopened, we'll sort you out with a refund of the product price, less the return shipping costs.
