Pheed Performance Pack Giveaway Terms + Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The giveaway is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 or older. Employees of Pheed and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:

The giveaway begins on [Start Date] and ends at 5pm AWST on [End Date]. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:

Participants can enter by signing up on the designated pop-up page with their name and email address. An additional entry can be earned by following Pheed on social media, liking the giveaway post, and tagging a friend (one entry per tag).

4. Winner Selection & Notification:

One winner will be randomly selected from email subscribers, and another winner will be chosen from social media participants. The email subscriber winner will be announced via email and the social medica participant will be announced via the @pheed.com.au official Instagram account. Both winners must respond within 5 business days to claim their prize. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected.

5. Prize:

Each winner will receive a Pheed Performance Pack, valued at $125.90, which includes:

  • Beef Liver Capsules
  • Oyster+ Capsules

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

6. Shipping:

Pheed will cover the cost of standard shipping to any location within Australia.

7. Privacy:

By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Pheed. Personal information collected will only be used for the purposes of administering the giveaway and sending marketing emails. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

8. Limitation of Liability:

Pheed is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other events that may impact the ability to participate.
