What is the difference between Beef Liver and Beef Organ Capsules?
Beef Liver contains 500mg of freeze-dried liver per capsule. Beef Organ Complex contains 125mg each of liver, heart, kidney and spleen giving you a total of 500mg of organ powder per capsule.
One is a single-organ product. The other is a four-organ blend.
Does Beef Organ Complex already contain liver?
Yes. Every Beef Organ capsule contains 125mg of liver alongside equal amounts of heart, kidney and spleen. There are four distinct organs across the two products.
Do I need to take both products together?
No. Buying the bundle does not mean you need to take both products at once. Follow each product's label and check with a qualified health professional if you are unsure about using them together, especially if you also take other supplements.
How long does the bundle last?
Each bottle contains 120 capsules. For either product individually, that is 60 days at two capsules daily, 30 days at four, or 20 days at six.
There isn't one fixed bundle duration: it depends on how each product is used. These calculations are not a combined-dose recommendation.
Are these the same as eating fresh organ meat?
They're made from beef organs, but fresh organs and freeze-dried capsules have different serving sizes and preparation. A few capsules shouldn't be treated as nutritionally identical to a meal-sized portion of organ meat.
The practical difference is convenience: a measured amount of organ powder without the shopping, preparation or cooking.
